@RIOT ADDRESS AND GET RID OF THE BOTS IN NORMALS PLEASE

The bots literally ruin all normal games. Please take these more seriously. Literally perma ban these accounts when you receive 1-2 reports with a description saying they're a bot. The bot accounts have no normal wins, have no runes, may or may not have masteries, take heal and ghost MOST of the time, have a an entire history of feeding. Please do something about this.
