Okay Okay, I get why Riot wouldn't give gifts towards toxic players such as mystery gifts/champs BUT why would you not give rewards at the END OF THE SEASON which revolves around Ranked, because RANKED = is based on skill which shouldn't include toxicity or whatever.

If you're a terrible person to play with, it makes sense to be punished for your wrongdoings.

The rewards are for your skill level and not your behavior.
I think that if someone is unfit for rewards, they should be excluded from ranked play or playing the game at all. There should be more perma bans to be honest.
Treat it like baseball, 3 strikes and you are out.
Strike 1 = 25 game chat restriction and loss of First win of the day bonus ip for 25 games.
Strike 2 = 7 Day ban and 25 normal wins (+ lose ability to earn ip for 50 games), before being able to que ranked again.
Strike 3 = 14 Day ban and 50 normal wins, ( + Lose the ability to earn ip for the remainder of the season) with the warning that your next offense in the current season will result in a perma ban.
Everyone that does not get perma banned gets a fresh start in the next season. Severe and clearly defined punishments for offenses would do much to curb misbehavior. Someone who was punished earlier this season and reformed (hopefully) still losing there rewards (that are based on skill) is silly.
League of legends is a team game. If you are someone who noone would want to deal with on your team, that should be relevant to your ranked team rewards.
That is just wrong, I am like the nicest dude you have never met. I am never toxic, as far as I know I have never been reported for anything and I most certainly have never been punished. I have a problem with it and I have never been toxic I stand to lose nothing from this decision, however I dislike it because it is wrong. Season rewards are for your performance playing the game. If someone is to toxic for rewards they should be perma banned.
It is obvious we have different opinions on the matter, I desire for toxic people to be punished harshly. Removing what they earned already (all motivation to play this game, and Creating much more toxicity) is wrong, if Riot feels they are to toxic to receive rewards then ban the account forever.
Makes sense to me, if you are an asshole why should you be rewarded just because you also happen to play good? Stop being an ass while you play...
