Fiora a little bit too dominant in the top lane/WW 2.0?

Main note: This is a thread about the current oppression of Fiora with Smite+Skirmisher's sabre. Not exactly a complaint, but a heads up that it exists and probably needs to come to RIOT's attention, as it's similar to the Warwick problem they've recently pegged him for.

With skirmishers sabre, you may smite enemy champions and you will deal !BONUS! true damage to them over six seconds AND take 20% reduced damage from them.

Things to note: This is done without counting resistances. Fiora has a gap closer that may be used a second time after the first use. Fiora has a counter attack, which reflects the next basic attack and deals MAGIC damage. Also gives her free attack damage of a decent amount. Fiora is absolutely 100% untargetable during her ultimate and will attack five times during it, this also applies on hit effects such as red buff AND HYDRA. Fiora has a speed steroid.

Let's go into the numbers. The true damage from smite off of her ult alone is 165. The ult single target damage is 325 + 234% of your AD. 130 damage from level 2 lunge used twice in 4 seconds. +60 bonus ad 160 MAGIC damage from riposte (We're maxing this first as the standard fiora does) level 3 60% attack speed and over 20% movespeed from her burst of speed if three hits are made. If not, simply 60% AS. At this point Fiora already has 98 attack damage from her W, assuming we have no runes or damage items on us.

I'm almost positive I've done the math correctly, and assuming you hit the enemy with THREE basic attacks and they attack you with a basic attack coming out of your ult as you riposte, you deal...

1,303.32 damage. With full combo, smite and three basic attacks. In less than ten seconds, the shortest I was able to do was 7.

Now if we have a hydra(We're going to be more powerful at this point because we'll be past level 6, but I'm going to pretend we somehow had the gold for it at level six to save me from more math. Remember that you won't have a hydra till later in the game.) And we'll assume the basics are using the full 60%

Hydra gives 75 attack damage, and Fiora has 98 at this point. 519 damage without the active and JUST the ultimate going off.

TL;DR version: Fiora does 1.3k damage level 6 with just a skirmishers sabre + smite
