So.. isnt't the difference between soloq and premades communication ? So implement Voice chat. It incentivates playing as a team. as you want to Your chat is already toxic. Nothing will ever change that AT MOST it would IMPROVE the situation .People would perhaps listen to a veteran/ someone who seems like hes having the right idea, hell even meet people. Shy people don't need to talk. but they n can listen and it improve their english.

Pings are the worst, people spam ping during stressfull situations. And the ammount of games i have lost because someone went on a tantrun because somone missed an SS . I want to say B!TCH WARD as Mr Phreak taught me. But they are gonna rage and ask for reports and stop playing with the team and disturbing teamplay overall

Also Trying to dodge skillshots and getting spamming pingged in the face is not helpfull, It makes everything worse. and thats how most people in low elo uses it.

So eplain me like i'm five, why can't we have Voice chat.

1.) There's always one mouth breather filling the mic with the sounds of his hot pocket breath in every group. 2.) There's always one person with kids yelling in the background in every group. 3.) There's always one yoloswag420 idiot who is taking a break from call of duty in every group. 4.) There's always one Korean or Pinoy in every group. 5.) Lastly there's you, trying to communicate with all of the above.

Muting invalidates the point. If you're just going to mute everyone and talk to buddies anyhow...there's teamspeak. All in-client voice adds is additional methods of griefing and extra clicks at the start of a match to mute the entire team.
