Is there any particular reason jhin has been neglected of any skins since his release 9 months ago?

Yeah considering even illaoi hasn't gotten one, And i'm prety sure we can see an skt jhin skin next year.

They will probably either release a new skin between then and now or have to make it non legacy like Snow Day Bard

I mean I'm sure KR could give us some skins but I'm positive any skin for her wouldn't involved Ahri or Annie being in the splash art as well >_> If you get what I mean...

There were many good ideas. Snowday zac. Molten zac. The Problem about zac is his Model changes in size really heavily which makes it hard to Model in a good looking way

I was thinking something more theatrical, like a Shakespeare Jhin skin, a Handsome Jhin skin (he reminds me of Handsome Jack from Borderlands 2), or a Defiantly Not Jhin skin because he already wares a mask to hide identity.

Probably because of how much work is in his model and animations. They also don't want to give out just a reskin since he is so popular. (This is coming from a Jhin main)

Jhin got a new skin - 9 months ago. Just because he's new doesn't mean he doesn't follow the standard year time period before he's eligible for a skin again.
