Is there any particular reason jhin has been neglected of any skins since his release 9 months ago?

Yeah considering even illaoi hasn't gotten one, And i'm prety sure we can see an skt jhin skin next year.

Probably because of how much work is in his model and animations. They also don't want to give out just a reskin since he is so popular. (This is coming from a Jhin main)
Jhin got a new skin - 9 months ago. Just because he's new doesn't mean he doesn't follow the standard year time period before he's eligible for a skin again.
he will get one soon, but since there are skins for 2017 it will prob be after preseason.
Reminder that Jinx is one of the more popular champs and didn't get her post-release skin till 2015, almost 1.5 years after her initial release.
For reference she made her debut in October 2013, and the Firecracker skin in February 2015.
So as much as I love Jhin and know how popular/OP he is, I won't be surprised if we're gonna have to wait for another 9 months.
######Though I do have a pretty cool skin idea for him, especially due to the lack of arcade bosses this year =(
