2014 Shurima Crest from Hextech Chest?

I got this thing from hextech crafting; a "2014 Shurima crest has been permanently added to your inventory".

Doesn't show up in my loot or my icons, and I was inactive 2014 so I got no clue what this thing is or where I can find it.

Someone help me out . . .
