Get the old Fiora or rework the rework

The rework on Fiora gone wrong...her ult just ***** it's horrible to use it feel like it's the worst ult of all league...i've played maybe 12-15 before complaining and honestly...i'm really i mean REALLY disapoiinted..even her art is terrible. Don't you think she look like a stoned astronaut walking on a low gravity planet? She is squishy as fk so she's useless in teamfight, she cant do shit with her ult she's not even mobile and you have to run after vitals....She's just bad. Why rito have you taken an awsome champs and made her like this...now she can't do shit agains mobile adc...and try to hit 4 vitals agains diana when she use her w i think...what is this stupid ult i can't believe what you did to her...

Honestly tell me where is the petition to make this change...
