How to Move Up in Solo Queue Playing Tanks

Step 1> Stop playing tanks Step 2> Stop playing solo queue

I just got demoted (the most recent in a long decent from Gold 3 on this account) into Silver IV. I play tanky jgs, and tanky tops. Because CC is fun, and at low elo no one else really likes to do it.

In this most recent demote, I went 6/5/10 as a tank jg. I had a 0/10 Morg mid. I had a 1/9 gnar top.

How is this a reflection that I am in too high an elo? Doesn't this mean that I am literally in too low an elo? What is the logic here? 75% of my games these days have 1 afk or leaver. It's guaranteed to have 1 feeder (not someone who recognizes the need to adapt and then does so, but someone who does the same things over and over and continues to lose doing it).

There simply isn't a way to play the champs I want to play without a pre-made queue.
