[GAMEPLAY] Cho'Gath Ult does not damage Tristana when she Rocket Jumps

If Tristana begins or is in the act of a rocket jump, Cho'Gath can target her with his ult when she is in range. The ult will be triggered and go on cooldown, but no damage is done to Tristana.

This is obviously hard to reproduce but has occurred in multiple games vs Tristana now when playing as Cho.
