Suppression needs to be reworked

Only 4 champions with this mechanic: Warwick, Malzahar, Urgot and Skarner. Another champ with is Yasuo

Warwick, Malzahar is very dependent on their suppress. So much counter play is applicable on them, and that is the real reason why Warwick and Malzahar isn't used in Professional.

yasuo doesn't suppress if i recall ... he suspends

Malzahar isn't used in the pro scene because of QSS. Buying an item and pressing a single key is a very loose definition of "counterplay" in my opinion.
