I just had an amazing gameplay experience. During champion select I was not playing attention and I picked Rengar mid because I thought I was jungle. My team tried to warn me about it but I wasn't playing attention at all. During the game not a single person was toxic about me picking Rengar mid. Even though I fed a Fizz about 5 kills until the laning phase was over, the only thing that came from my team mates was encouragement. Later during team fights I picked up a few kills by cleaning up fights and started snowballing. We were looking to win the game by sieging their mid tower. I then made a mistake by being caught and made my team lose a team fight and an inhibitor. Still, not a single person said anything mean to me. Soon, the next fight came up and I was able to assassinate the enemy adc with my teams help and then we ended up winning the game.

I did not play well this game at all, but even so I still had so much fun and this was probably one of the games I enjoyed the most.

Games where everyone is just being friendly and chatting with each other are the best. Some of my favorite games are games I lost, but where both teams were just goofing around with each other. Pretty sure everyone person left that game with 9 honors.

Yea just had a Darius game where I was getting camped by Lee, ended the game 1/9 but my team only gave me encouragement and I was able to frontline for the teamfights, we won.

they actually were lying. in a matchmaking system like riot's everyone will win around 50% no matter their attitide, skill level, etc

except when your team is toxic towards you and you get an all chat ban because they told the other team to report you and made false accusations.

well mm is extremely swayed right now so makes sense you could literally pick anything and win

It's a trap realy. 'Positive players win more games' That's what Riot is saying. But when you are winning you are more likely to be positive. And when you are losing you are more likely to be negative.

It's like saying people who are happy are sad less often.

Saying things like lefties are more likely to be gold. That whould be a tip in the game I whould like to see.

I'm glad to hear that you had a good game experience despite your mistakes. This is what multiplayer experiences should be like, people encouraging each other on and not blowing a gasket over a couple of mistakes. Good luck in the future challenges.

Right...

Its true and not true... Common sense arguing in chat the entire game doesn't win games...

But it doesn't help when you "Dodge" your first game of the day because of champion select trolls, 3 other games get dogged by others because no one cares, 4th game you get into again (NO ONE) takes it seriously or cares (You play it to avoid the dodge.) (You end up typing / Mute all) and turning off your sound because players are toxic by spamming pings when they are not even making a play and over 10 seconds out...

Its annoying that also causes just as many lost games as players arguing in chat.

Oh yeah positive attitude doesn't make up for (Stupid Players) who have no idea how to play the game in the first place....

Same way in all MOBA's even Over Watch Random 5v5 players = Loss of 99% of your games...

Grouping with 4 other ore-made players who have an idea of what to do = higher win rate the only problem is true skill comes in if the system matches you with other pre-made groups.
