Add more time time to champion select in ascension

does not give you enough time to make a mastery page during champ select. there is people who like to make them while they're picking (like me) but once everyone locks in the time drops to like 5 seconds to make a page. then game auto starts and you have no masteries

Better idea: Remove bans. So we can stop restricting gameplay by making players force to play a small handful of champions or only people who main said champions win the game easier than those who can't.
