Clash Smurfing

Let's say I play on two accounts and they are both similarly ranked one being one division higher. Would it count as smurfing then? Theoretically, one account is for my solo's and one account I duo with friends I'd want to do clash on the friend's account but its one division lower than the other. How would this count towards clash's smurfing rule? I feel like in the new clash update they said a lot about smurfing but never really cleared up what is okay and what isn't. Its possible I have multiple accounts that are all fairly close to the same rank but is it 100% required I play on the highest teir one even if that accounts main use is to reflect my solo skill and not my 5v5's skill?
