Idea For Handling AFK Matches - If It's Too Late For Remake

Personally, I love remake. I think it's a great way to handle early game 4v5's. No complaints here.

BUT

If someone AFK's later (either rage quit or DC) it would be nice to be able to surrender before the 20 minute mark. I don't mind taking a loss, but I hate being forced to wait until 20 minutes to end the game.

So if someone DC's after the remake window has closed, and they have DC'd for a relatively long time (longer than just restarting their computer - like 3 or 4 minutes {To be fair I've never timed how long it takes to re-enter a game, Riot would probably know and be able to find a fair time}), then maybe the ff time could be lowered to 15 minutes?
