Kalista used to be a very strong champ but because she couldn't get one shotted by bruisers and assassins riots dumbass decided to NERF HER TO THE GROUND AND I WANT TO KNOW WHY THEY WON'T BUFF HER SO SHE AT LEAST STANDS A CHANCE AGAINST OTHERS ADCS AND I don't understand why you can't just buff her attack speed or something riot please.
Nik Nikerson6 votesShe's getting buffed, but until they trim off some of the innate power in her kit, they aren't going to let her be close to top tier. When Kalista is good she crowds out all the other ADC's. She literally brings everything to the table: Vision, engage, neutral objective control, the ability to save her support. You name it, she pretty much has it. Until she loses some of her kit, she's going to get stuck in purgatory with Azir.

The devs have also said that difficult-to-balance champions like Kalista, Ryze, and Azir are currently on the backburner. They aren't happy with where they're at, but their time and energy is better spent making changes to other champions that they actually can get close to balanced.

Ragnaveil2 votesShe also can kite very hard if she gets full items or is ahead. I feel like she's an Irelia case, too much mechanics slapped onto one champion that it warps the balancing of the champ.
crazÿ1 votesi know she have problem against assassin who killed her they can killed her in a sec i`m main kalista sometimes you dont need to play crit but just try to stay bhind your team and get some tank item just 1 or 2 items this against ad assassin

So far, Kalista has 6 changes on the PBE (so far, these changes are looking at a patch 9.1 release, but could be pushed back).
Base AD increased from 62 to 67
AD per level increased from 3.6 to 4
Attack speed per level increased from 3.5 to 4
[Q:Pierce]: Damage increased from 10/70/130/190/250 to 20/85/150/215/280
[W: Sentinel]: No longer gives her Bonus AD when near her Oathsworn (no longer has to have her support following her everywhere she goes)
[E: Rend]: Now deals 50% damage to epic Monsters (which means she now deals less damage to Dragon/Baron with this ability)
