S ranks?
14/7 at 35 minutes = s but 15/6 in 23 minutes gets me an a+ i even carried vs a yasuo :C

why people still only look at k/d/a when talking about grades is beyond me.
Yeah, it's weird. It's almost as if rank isn't solely determined by KD ratio or something....
then what is it determined by?
Lot of people say cs plays a large part. Probably a few tower/ dragon kills as well.
I took 3 towers, third in cs. its just weird to me :P maybe it was the draogn
3rd in cs? What was your cs? 3rd might have been 10 with 15 being the max for all I know ;)
130 in 23 minutes (my tf was 177 in 35
Odd... Mastery system is mean sometimes is all I can say :(
they're not perfect but this is the third time it happened xD only on varus though. i use mid tear build if it has anything to do with build (maybe it thinks i'm a toplaner or something idk
1- You're being compared to people playing that same champion at that same role. If many people do well, getting an S is harder. 2- KDA is important, but Kill Participation might be more (at least from my experiences). 3- CS and warding is taken into consideration. 4- Objectives taken play a great part. 5- I believe counter jungling might be taken into consideration, I've got an S in a pretty regular game as mid Shaco in which I counter jungled the hell out of the enemy Udyr. I believe I ended with 7/5/10. I got my share of objectives (something around 2 drags, 2 turrets and an inib), but I've gotten more than that and ended up with only an A for a similar KDA.
you're right
I get s- s and s+ all the time as support. Forget the wards, what you need to do is build damage, deal lots of it to enemies, and you will get s rank even if you feed like mad. I think I went like 3/9/7 or some crap and still got srank lol while only placing 1 ward the entire match.
It's all about kill participation and damage.
Yeah i get s' all the time as top lane poppy xD its just adc varus where I never seem to get anyhting higher than an a+
That's because adc has the bar set somewhat high. You gotta do lots of damage, get lots of cs, and have very high kill participation. If you miss out on any of those three you won't get S.
damn, i see now. thanks a lot
