Runes Reforged
I am really loving the visuals and the design of the Runes Reforged. There is a quite a bit of variety at the moment with the paths you can go into and am hoping that next season Riot will just keep adding keystones instead of replacing them with current ones like they did this season. Variety is what keeps this game fresh. Adding up to 5 keystones per path over the season would add a lot of fun and different ways you can play certain champions. However, adding too many could get very cluttered, but I just want to see more.
Right now my main issue is that it seem like almost every ADC is going to want to go into precision, tank to resolve, etc. One bad effect of this is certain champions will obviously be better with certain runes than others. And this could lead to a pretty harsh meta, and we all love metas don't we
(cough cough
) However I don't think that it would be as dominant as some metas because of the large variety and options that there are in runes now. My last complaint is that some champs, much like this current season, won't be able to use some or most of the keystones offered very well, which could also lead them to be completely unplayable, so i hope we can find a way for every champ to find a place in the game somehow.
Overall, I am pretty happy with Runes reforged and I am excited for this preseason. I'm sure there will a lot of number adjustments and a new keystone in inspiration before it is released onto the live servers. Remember, this is just an opinion so please don't execute me in the comments.
