Hecarim E seems has odd results when enemies dash away

This is an example, if you slow it down you can see that Hec starts the knock back animation and a split second later kat blinks away. Other times I've done this they'll still get knocked back after they flash/dash. This happens about once a game or so.

I think it'd be better if either

  1. The animation just cancels all-together and he loses the move-speed buff (because if he kept it he'd just be able to run up again and that's not fair). This saves him a little bit of time and if he get's into a bad position because of this it gives him a better chance of getting away.

or

  1. Make it so that when the animation starts that's when the champ gets knocked back so they wont be able to get away. This would make his charge more consistent on whether or not he hits someone.
