Newbie mentor program

I think it would be a good idea to have a mentor program where players new to the game could ask to have a mentor to help them get better at the game. They could be in teambuilder and push a button asking for a mentor, fill out a summary of what they want help, and play a game with said mentor and hopefully that mentor does really help the player. The little summary could be given to mentors so that they can accept or decline based on what they know/are good at. After the game they could choose whether or not they want to play together and after they eventually leave the noob could fill out a quick survey asking how good the mentor was and how much he think he improved. I think a system like this would really help new players get used to the game. What do yall think?

I think having an in game system could be a really good idea. If you aren't a member of forums or active in the game it gives a way to ease into the game and it would be a good program to make incentives for good behavior. (This helps weed out trolls and also rewards players for doing a good job and taking the time to do this instead of playing their normal game.)

I'd suggest limiting their duo to bots games or maybe even a custom. IMO if the mentor isn't level 30 and placed in ranked they probably shouldn't be giving advice because they don't know the level of play to tell a new player where they actually are in terms of learning the game and being able to match up vs other players. The summoner level disparity between new players and level 30 would mean the new players would be vs people with more masteries and runes than them if they were in pvp and that isn't a good wa to learn.

Team Recruitment or Tip and Tricks is already a good place to find people like this.
