THE REMAKE SYSTEM

So will riot fix the remake system? ive played dozens of games where someone reconnect but the remake still went through even if that player gets to lane. Also those voting doesnt seem right when its 2 to vote to remake but 3 would vote no but the remake stil goes through. I had friends have to suffer leaver buster even if they are halfway to lane.
