Anyway to get a name that is taken

I want a name that is taken but the player that has the name doesn't play on the account and its still level 5. I've been checking the account every couple of weeks to see if there are any changes but its still never played on. i really want that name :(

Accounts are allowed 1 month per level of name protection, 6 minimum. If it's level 5, then he's got 6 months of inactivity before his name is up for grabs. You can typically google a site to check for when a name will be available.
