tahms on hit effect..

it seems very unfair that tahm can prompt his on hit effects twice on you idk if its just me but be able to stun someone then eat them give the other player almost no chance at excaping and its pretty one sided i just played against hin and i couldnt get away even as katarina with flash i feel his passive should allow you to prompt an on hit effect only once then it has a cool down like ekkos.
