@Riot, CC should stop dashes

Lets be honest, there are way too many dashes in League. Then there are immobile mages who has nothing to deal with dashes. Mages use their cc, then the enemy champ gets into melee range to them anyway. Those mages have no counterplay to dashes.

Dashes should not be used without thinking. It is a core mechanic for many champ that has to be used intelligently(cc is also mage's core skill and most of time only defence). For example, if that J4 gets stunned while doing e q, he should stop where he was stunned. Giving him the freebee to make cc happen when he finishes is useless because all he will do is to just use his ultimate.

tldr: CC should prevent dashes because they should be rewarded for landing it, dashes should be used more intelligently then to use it whenever they see them because they know nothing will stop them from engaging. Also, CC duration still ticks when they are dashing, so it basically negates the entire cc just because they were in the process of dashing.

Yea, I landed a bubble on the enemy Ez as he blinked away...the bubble landed, BUT at his blink destination (putting him safely out of range of my adc). WTF

Ezrael's ability is a blink, not dash.

Same difference. My CC hit him...it should have stopped his blink.

Blinks means instant teleportation. Old Talon also had such. It can;t be stopped by anything. Dashes like Lucian or jumps (tristana) can be stopped, if you time your CC.

If I land my bubble before he blinks, he can't blink. No different than any other kind of quick movement.

This is the point of the OP's post. Some champs are still able to use their movement skill even thought they get cc'd. Instead they are cc'd at the new location. This should not be the case.

They blinked/dashed before you land the CC. You can even die with Trynda R, if you get bursted, because there is a delay between the input of the button and the execution of the ability.

No they didn't because they got bubbled at the destination. Again, this is the OP's point. Either one or the other can happen, not both. You can't be cc'd and still move. LIkewise, if you moved first, the cc shouldn't land (at the destination).

OF course, you can be CCed and move. The game has to synchonise the input of each player. There is a small delay and then the outcome of each action is decided. You can be CCed and still dash/blink, if you press the buttons at the right time.

The definition of CC Is movement impairment. Why should you be able to move if you get CCed? Now if you are saying that a tie can happen (because of inputs, lag, etc), who wins the tie? OR does nobody win and that's the current state? Both abilities still go off, even though it makes no sense.

Are you searching for everyday logic in a video game? 99% of the gameplay and lore doesn't make any sense. Good luck in your quest.
