"Eyeball Collection" Rune Critisism

They new rune Eyeball Collection punishes Supports for warding, because if someone gets free ap/ad for sweeping my wards, which I then need to replace, just to have them sweeped again, I am basically feeding the enemy with my wards.

Especially combined with the rune Zombie Wards which give my wards a second life, but also makes them seen by everyone, the enemy with the rune Eyeball Collection is being fed by me fulfillying my duties as a support.

The rune is capped at 20 stacks for a total of 20 AP or 12 AD adaptive, so I wouldn't really say they are being fed by you just from sweeping your wards.

EDIT: Didn't see that it gives a bonus for getting the final stack, for a total of 30 AP or 18 AD. Still nothing to worry about considering how much they have to do to stack it.

On the contrary, you would need to take down 10 wards or 20 champs to get just a +6 attack damage or +10 ability power. I doubt anyone would take up this rune for the sole purpose of farming wards when there are much more suited abilities for someone needs. If anything maybe a few junglers makes talk this rune but they would lose other cool abilities and arguably more useful ones by taking this gimmick rune.
