Suggestion for the future marksmen buff for Caitlyn

Hi there!

I was just reading about how there's going to be some changes to the marksmen coming up and had a small thought/buff for Caitlyn.

She's one of my favorite ADCs and I think she's pretty balanced, but a cool buff that I think would make her skills interact better would be that if an enemy champion is snared by her trap, then let her ult be able to either do more damage to them, or be able to hit only them from global range. Since it's a snipe and she'll know that they are snared, her sniping time seems unnecessary. Allows for her kit to have the tiniest bit more interaction and allows players to utilize smarter placements for traps :].
