[Gameplay] Xayah Clean Cuts can't kill Illaoi Tentacles

I was playing Ascension (I assume the same for other modes), and when I had stacks of Clean Cuts up for Xayah and tried to kill the Tentacles spawned by Illaoi, my feathers would just go straight through the Tentacles and they would take no damage and leave a feather(would still use up a Clean Cut charge). I feel like this is not intentional, since other traps like mushrooms don't take up a charge (and also don't leave a feather). This happened every time in game when I had a stack :[.
