What's the fastest way to get to Bronze 5 without breaking the rules?

Bhagswag·1/9/2017, 8:18:01 PM·2 votes·11,000 views

Aka, not intentionally feeding, not intentionally losing, etc etc.

Can I ask for my account to placed in B5?

Thanks.

My "not quite throwing, but pretty close" advice:

  • Sticky note over your mini map. Map == hacks in Bronze 5. Don't use hacks.
  • Don't place wards. Wards == hacks in Bronze 5. Don't use hacks.
  • Zoom in a little bit. Vision == hacks in Bronze 5. Don't use hacks.
  • Don't try and last hit. Right click on a minion at full health and auto attack it until it dies. Less gold will help you naturally perform worse.
  • Don't save your mana. Use spells whenever you feel like it. If you want, you can cover your mana bar with some tape.
  • Play common champions. Champions that rarely get played in low elo have an advantage because no one knows how to play against them. You want your lane opponent to beat you, so play something popular, like Teemo, Nasus, Chogath, Zed, etc.
  • Show up to contest Dragon 30 seconds before it spawns. You can wait for your team to show up after dragon shows up, or you can attack it a few times, get low health, then walk away.
  • Don't cancel TP, and start it 3 seconds later than you otherwise would. Doesn't matter if you're TPing to your death.

Play the game normally and have Matchmaking assign teammates to you.

spam all of your abilities on the wave.

dont attempt to poke.

cancel your own auto attacks.

have no mana and stay in lane.

die to every gank.

"miss" skill shots.

dont farm, have less than 40 per 10 minutes.

back often and frequently.

Off-meta champions and watch your team rage at you and lose intentionally instead. They have to be somewhat viable still though. You can't just say "Support Sivir".

Toplane braum.

Honestly the best way is to not build properly. You cannot be banned for trying to be innovative. Play your best, and don't intentionally feed, but just buy useless items on the champion you are playing. (i.e Luden's echo, deathcap on support Braum.) This is really the only legal way to throw games. You aren't feeding intentionally. You are trying out a new build and seeing how it works.

its not against the rules to duo mid and your teammates will just throw every game for you

Pick champions that don't actually help your team composition at all. You're allowed to play any champ you want in any role, as long as you are trying your best to win the game.

So, if your team has no wave clear, pick something else with no wave clear. Like Shen. And then don't build either Sunfire Cape OR Titanic Hydra. Nothing with any kind of AoE damage. Without wave clear on your team your opponents will have ALL of the map pressure. Don't build a Zz'Rot either.

If you have no engage, play something that ALSO lacks any engage. Like Mordekaiser.

Play Nidalee jungle when your team has no tank. Play Ziggs in the ADC spot when your team is ALL magic damage everywhere else. Play Heimerdinger top lane when your team has no engage.

If you're supporting a Draven, take EVERY kill. Play Annie and run Ignite, and make sure he never get's his passive gold.

Play Pantheon top lane and never go aggressive. You'll lose.

Or play a champion that is weak and/or difficult to play in a role that you aren't comfortable playing them in. Play Nunu support. Play Azir (anywhere), unless you do play him a lot, in which case don't play him at all. Play Miss Fortune support, but don't look at why the pros did it at worlds. Just pick it into any old bot lane, ESPECIALLY an Alistar support. Play Kindred jungle, unless you actually know how to play Kindred, in which case never pick them.
