Jinx. If you don't vote Jinx, I question your mental stability. She has a 54% winrate (#4) and the highest pickrate in the game.

Draven. I know he is hard, and not great for solo Que. But he out trades everyone early, and always seems to deal a poop ton of damage

Nope. Draven's too much of a mana hog to be as strong passed early game. If a team has any form of anti-seige, they can wait out Draven until his mana is low, and can't use his cc or axes. Unless of course you build Essence Reaver, mana issues plague Draven and make it difficult to siege with him. My opinion, honestly Graves or Lucian are the most versatile ADCs. They dash provides for juking out the tanks (we are in a tanky meta) then hopping right onto carries for quick bursting. I personally prefer Lucian because Graves just feels clunky to me.

In terms of power, Cait wins hands down.

But then why pick Cait when Jinx has her kit copy/pasted, Ezreal's ult and gets a ton of other free things?

I always hate to see a good Corki or Vayne on the other team. Nobody snowballs as hard as they do since once they get rolling, they're incredibly hard to shut down in solo queue.

On the other hand, Jinx can be 0-10 and still be instagibbing entire teams if she has items since she's not level dependent like Vayne and Corki.
