[NA] Creating a Serious 3s Team

Hello I am Sir Raizel I am a High Silver adc main looking for some serious people to climb the 3s ladder with. I am a friendly person who on occasional gets mad but it won't ever be at other people I only get mad at myself. I have been playing for over two years and studied a lot of things, improved my game play a lot before going deciding to create a ranked team. I don't want to play with someone who will quit after a few games because we went on a losing streak or something like that if you want to talk a break so we don't go on tilt feel free to ask I am always willing to take a break or two during sessions.
