Champ Shard Alternative
We all most likely have a champ shard in hextech crafting that we have absolutely no need for. Whether it be a champ we never play, or a champ that we already have Mastery 7 on; we have these extra shards just sitting there. I understand that there were assholes, like me, who had abused the reroll system to get expensive champs cheap. Which is why I bring an idea (or a few) to get ironed out and maybe gain traction.
New Re-rolls. "But Pandaa! You already said you were an asshole that abused that previously!" You are correct disembodied voice from no where, but this isn't that one. There are a few re-roll concepts to be considered.
Champ Shard Re-roll to Orange Essence: It would cost like 5 or 6 shards, but you could roll them into a random amount of orange essence ranging from a whooping 10, to like 700. Honestly, I would probably make the odds of getting 10 and 700 about the same and let thing like 100 be norm. (Values are up in the air.) Maybe can use double the cost for better odds.
Champ Shards Re-roll to Key Fragments: Personally, I would be willing to give up 10 champ shards for a key fragment (or an entire key if lucky?). I get it may make me sound like an addict, but I have too many chests and not enough keys.
Shard Exchange: Let us exchange for a specific champ shard for a price. 450 champs maybe cost 3 shards, 1300 champs cost 5/6, 6300 20, new champs 25 (since price is higher on release). Or use something like the old reroll system, but make it cost more for a random at each price tier.
Multiple Shard Select to Disenchant: As with event tokens, I don't think anyone actually wants to have to constantly click to redeem for the same thing over and over again. I would even take a box or something to sort the champs to for each value to mass disenchant.
