Please balance out weaker champions. Push back Ao Shin release date if you have to Riot

I honestly would like to see some unpopular champions come back or at least some of the really weak ones. Nocturne, Aatrox, Taric, Varus, Kassadin, Xin, Evelynn, Quinn, Skarner (Again), Swain (Kinda), Karthus (Kinda), Vel'koz, Warwick, and Miss Fortune. All of these champions have something in common, they're not picked a whole lot right now because other champions out preform them or they're just outright weak. Why does Nocturne have such a long cooldown for a yasuo ult range but also denies vision? Like what the hell. Taric's stun does more damage the closer he is to his target but how the hell is he going to get close to a squishy? He's just going to get peeled and kited. Aatrox has sustain that has no meaning behind it he needs to be tanky but he also needs lifesteal, attack damage, and attack speed he also chunks himself for 15% of his hp. Why do champions that are supposed to be built ad have ap scalings? Varus, Aatrox, Miss Fortune, Xin Zhao, Quinn, and Nocturne.

A lot of these kits don't make any sense. Quinn is supposed to be in the back auto attacking like a marksmen should, but her ult wants you to run into the middle of a group and kill yourself. You're supposed to stick to someone as Nocturne as you ult them but you really can't because all these marksmen have some kind of escape. Even all relevant mages have some kind of escape. There is no sticking to a carry as an Aatrox or Nocturne.

I do realize that that marksmen are meant to kite and keep their distance, but these champions can't do what they're meant to do because they are so outdated.

I'm just listing a few of the problems there are surely a lot more out there.

The top 2 marksmen right now are Jinx and Ashe - neither of which has an escape.

Kassadin is still picked in LCS.

Karthus beat Zed in the LCS.

Swain is actually freelo if you can last hit with his crap animation.

Nocturne - Because those reasons you listed. He can be extremely sticky as it is, and not all marksman have mobility (some of the best ones don't) Taric - You don't use the stun for damage, you use it for the stun. He still is pretty good (armor aura, armor shred, excellent heal, damage aura) Aatrox - I've seen Aatroxes get by solely on Blade of the Ruined King and then the rest tanky. Skarner can be extremely stick as well, Swain can be extremely annoying if he gets ahead, Karthus can still do just fine, Vel'koz does better rushing pen items, Quinn is now built more like an assassin than an ADC now, Xin is actually very good (has cc, jump onto someone, and disrupt a team's position).

And what's wrong with having AP scalings? You are not required to build AP on those champions. All those champions mentioned still do excellent building towards their role (Miss Fortune can still hurt with going pure AD. Varus as well, but honestly could use a better passive)
