Top laner looking for a serious ranked team.

I have 2 main champions that I love to play and they usually fit into any team-comp except poking. They are Riven and Aatrox. I have been playing Riven now for about 3 years and Aatrox for 2. I can play a large diverse number of top laners, those 2 are just my favorites. I'm usually available all weekend and weekdays is 4-10 NE time. I'd prefer high silver + teammates.
