Urgot's Passive (PBE/Preseason): Now Urgot is punished for attacking?
So on the PBE in the Preseason Marksman updates, Urgot now has another addition to his passive. When he attacks an enemy he reduces the damage dealt by that unit by 15% (old passive, nothing new) AND in addition he now reduces the size of that enemy by 15% for 2.5 seconds.
What I'm confused about is that this seems like a straight up nerf to him as his E and Q are skillshots (Q can be targeted, yes) and by reducing the size of a champion that you are attacking, you make it harder for yourself AND your teammates to target that champion. I can think of a few very situational scenarios where reducing the size of the enemy would be a good thing, but in most situations, I think this is just a very strange nerf to the crab-man.
Is this intended to be a nerf? or a buff? or... something else. I understand he has other changes but I was confused about this one; and not just from a gameplay perspective but the coding for this has to be pretty weird as well as every second different champions could be growing and shrinking on the screen based on who Urgot attacks. I dunno.
Sincerely,
Confused and concerned.
