Teammates XP to level up?

So I'd like to know when I my team mate is about to hit level 6, when Im jungling and im already 6, waiting to gank once they hit 6. Or when im playing bot lane and I wait for a level 3 all in, and I have to know how close my teammate is to leveling up.

I think if we click on them we should have an XP Bar, sort of like the one on the bottom of our screen, just for teammates.

*Not all of us have voice coms with teammates and can communicate when theyre about to hit a certain level, I think it'd be easy to implement and saves a lot of trouble of asking a teammate when theyre going to level up when you can just see for yourself.
