Why are people complaining about eve?
I really don't find a problem with her, not that strong imo

She'll one hit you with Dark Harvest and her E, literally.
Post-6 she's pretty game altering until everyone starts grouping up because of her stealth feature and the execute on her ult. Once everyone starts grouping she's kinda weak because it gets harder to do kill a priority target.
She has really high burst and her ult doubles as an execute and escape making it relatively safe for her to pick people off. It could be that you haven't played against a good eve?
