Ryze needs to be changed back

So Ryze now takes no skill and just e qs and that's about it nothing else and in teamfights he is just a hard carry that presses 2 buttons a couple of times and then you hear aced it's no fun to see someone get rewarded by pressing 2 buttons and at some point a 3rd. Ryze needs to have his e go back the shield was a bit much but can't you just nerf it the scalings as well. I am gold 4 yes, but when I played old Ryze and did good I felt rewarded for doing a good combo not just getting a free 5 man e q every time my e is up. Ryze was better when he felt rewarding
