Illaoi E too strong, needs a nerf
Every time i lane against an illaoi its almost impossible to even hit her with the constant spam of E. If you were to nerf her E maybe increase the cooldown and reduce the tenticle spawn rate by 1.

You mean her slow E that has a wind up animation?

LOL. Illaoe needs serious buffs. She is a useless champion that can't do shit if her enemy isn't low. Her E and Q are easily dodgeable and her W jump is extremely short.
