Refund problem bug

I refunded sona because i didn't like her that much to buy another champ and the next day when I login i own sona, its a small bug, but I think it needs some attention.

Pro tip: Dont refund cheap champs like Sona. If I were you, I would consider refunding 6300 champs and occasionally 4800 but never anything below that.
