Season 8 Meta Riot comment please explain??? I'm confused

**Irelia **has no CD on her Q if ur marked by her E and R or W with literally no mana cost she spams Q Q Q Q Q Q Q Q Q doing 1001203102301203 dmg? is that fair? literally she has no dmg items and just tank items and does a crap ton of dmg?????

Yasuo no mana cost and constant shield by walking? wtf? dont get me started how he can redash with what no mana or re cast q?

**Kai'sa? **is she a adc or an assassin either way what the heck did u make? a barrier implemented, vayne, corki, leblanc like assassin? seriously a R that makes her teleport to a enemy even if she never marked them with a W? like wtf why? and best of all her kit doesn't cost any mana and has a shortest cool down? what the heck riot.

% dmg in general needs to removed or given to every adc

Corki, Ashe, Caitlyn, tristana, literally all shit compared to a Xayah jinx, draven, kaisa, jhin, twitch miss fortune. whats the point of playing a adc with no range and no mobility when u can choose those five bitches that have everything and MORE.
