Rework Ryze .... Again .... Riot

Should not be clearing waves as fast as he can.

Should not be doing as much damage as he does.

Should not be Tanky as he is right now.

You need to nerf the numbered amount of his spell flux spreads to 3 targets only.

You need to remove the mana damage ratio on all his abilities.

You need to remove his speed he is granted for landing spells.

You need to consider nerfing his crit damage for landing his spells in the sequence order he does.

I feel like this will balance him out since his rework made him a more brain dead skilless champ than he was from his other rework.

To all the people who are getting out farmed and killed under tower from Ryze with just .

Riot, make him balanced. Cut the bull crap you know how to balance a champion.

Ryze is the lowest winrate top laner and the 3rd to last mid laner. if he was as broken as you claim hede prlly have alot better than a 45% winrate in both lanes.

Anyway the reason Ryze is the way he is, is due to his kit having certain weaknesses he is required to be overtuned. Mostly talking about how he has no range and no real mobility, which means no safety. Thus they have to leave in his mana scalings because without his mana scalings he can't build all these defensive items, without these defensive items, he just ends up being a squishy mage with no range and dying instantly every teamfight. So he has to keep all these somewhat unhealthy quirks his kit has had for a long time, thats why he has had his point and click root for so long, full ravenous healing on E Q, mana ratios, and used to have a shield.

It's mostly phase rush. It makes champs like ryze and vlad too safe. Yet another keystone that breaks a champion, imagine my shock.

oh i get it. you know that over the years riot started to show many times that they do the exact opposite of what we want. and noone wants to get 3 ryze reworks in 1 season again. thats why you ask for a rework. so riot wont rework ryze. sneaky!

I think that the way is redistribute his power or simply nerf his range and CDs because he is way better than he was before rework, he is not skill expressive now but wasnt even before, he was just piano play champ, not much harder but just significantly stronger on top of it... ( I mean that he shouldnt have shield and others OP combos nor point and click bind )

Well, I think that redistribution of strength is solution to a problem of many champions. For example Morde's passive should be gutted for the sake of buffing his Q and W so that he is tankier and punished when he miss Q, which makes room for many skirmishers to beat him.
