Kindred Needs Help!

I don't understand why the enemy should be able to see the marked camps from Kindred's passive. Kindred is a marksman, so she is weak in the early game. With the enemy being able to see what camp is marked, the enemy jungle can just counter jungle all of the jungle camps that is marked. If Kindred try's to duel the enemy jungler, Kindred will lose that fight because she's behind in farm and doesn't have the gold to buy any dueling items. And her items cant be cheaper, cause that doesn't makes scene why. This makes Kindred fall way behind in the marks and hope for a successful gank on a marked target, but being so behind in farm, she can't do damage and can't get the kill. Resulting her even more behind. Kindred is getting bullied by all of the junglers, just because she's not getting the stacks she needs. If the enemy can't see the marked camp, then Kindred can get the farm and the stacks she needs.
