Can we get to browse our owned champions in Dynamic Queue again?

As someone who's played this game since Season 1, and still doesn't own 27 champions in League, it makes it very frustrating when someone wants to trade champions with me, especially if they want a champion in a role I don't generally play. Because unless I'm higher than them in the select, I don't get to find out if I have their preferred champion until it's too late.

Ever since Dynamic Queue came out, unless someone requests a champion I frequently play, I just say no because I don't want to risk not having that champion. This actually hurts ranked a fair bit, as it allows players in solo lanes to get counter-picked more easily if they're high up in the pick order.

Please, let us be able to view our owned champions in Dynamic Queue before it's our turn to pick.
