Change the ability of Duskblade to an active
Just for the sake of saving it for when you really want to use it. Losing it to an accidental early AA in a critical teamfight can have negative effects.

That's the point? Otherwise it's OP. You can assure execution by activating it at a certain health threshold and every AD champ would have a Zed ult. Now you can only do that by making sure not to auto, which is realistically impossible.
They wanted to make it so it wasn't used by every ADC aswell. An assassin on the other hand is meant to go all-in so it rewards you for it with the passive. Just harass with your abilities
