Let people who reroll a champion in aram have a few seconds to get it back

I literally don't know where else to put this but it's super annoying trying to add to the champion pool for the team by rerolling and then having someone snipe the champion you'd rather play the second it's put down. They likely won't give it back if you ask and of course you're penalized for leaving when your teammates are rude and occasionally flame you before the game starts for wanting the champ you had in the first place.

I don't want to withhold my rerolls, just because some people are jerks but I'm getting really tired of trying to be kind and getting punished for it, since I could very well get reported when I get no choice but to play a champion that I don't know how to play, or have played very little of.
