I Need Tips And Tricks On Soraka
I am Willing 2 main soraka these days so can any soraka or support main give me any tips and tricks about her or about the overall support role ?

You can do a lot of damage and have a strong early but if you want to win more often just play safe. There are no good ADCs the best ADCs are ones that dont feed. ADCs have good games but not consistently. You can put 3 points in Q whenever you want and you will still be able to max w by lv 9.
Against hook supports or Leona especially if they have ignite you have to play very safe.
Your spells are not instant cast like many people think. In an all in you have to know what ability is more important. If your ADC is getting bursted while you are throwing everything out but you started with E and or Q you might be way too late to heal by the time you get to R or W.
Good items are all of the +%heal. Censor, redemption, mika. I prefer coin and combining with sighstone it gives good health regen as well as mika. With those 2 items you get a good amount of health regen. She has something like the lowest health regen in the game. I used to rush CDR items. I used to go tanky (still do bs full AD teams). I used to get CDR boots. For a while I was all about swifties. Now lately I really like mobis especially when I'm losing. It lets me get to places so I can get coins, dodge skillshots, ward, buy and get back. Mobis really helps me get gold and Soraka is a hyper-carry imo. She scales off of gold very well and if ahead or if enemy team doesnt have a fed burst champ she is OP.
Runes: you have a lot of options. I have more than 10 runes pages I will use for Soraka.
I take flash/heal a lot, not always. If the enemy doesnt have a scary melee like Jax. I'm often not going to walk up and exhaust a ranged dude except in a 2v2 early. In champ select have flash/exhaust and last second switch to heal or your adc will take something stupid.
A basic AP page with magic pen and resists. A page with resists and like 13 HP/5 A page with scaling AP and flat MR a page with AP armor and scaling armor for vs all AD teams a page with AP scaling AP and scaling armor

And by the way , Taking 
as soraka is bad i think because if the adc has too it will be halved if i pressed it after the adc has just used it.
anyways since you main her , you might have more Exp on her than i do ofc so please tell me why would u take double heal botlane :D anyways i'm trying it .

soraka does more damage with her autos than her Q or E. just a thought.
For me, learning what items to buy was one of the hardest parts.
Full item setup for me usually goes like this: Eye of the Oasis --> Redemption --> Boots of Swiftness --> Iron Locket --> Ardent Censor --> Warmogs

Flash/Exhaust for summoner spells. Windspeaker's Insight - Intelligence - Insight are the 3 most important masteries to reduce the cooldown and increase the healing of your ultimate.
Besides that, have fun running around like crazy and healing your teammates. If you can figure out if Soraka is a Space Goat or a Star Unicorn I would be greatly appreciative. This problem is troubling :S
