No Key Fargaments ?! - and also another thing about lvl 6-7 champs :D

hey,,,

WHy i dont take key fargaments ? last time i got one was like 3-4 weaks ago and like 20-30 win and 0 key fargament
i do take chests bu no keys .... and other thing .. how can i make lvl 6 champion after i get 2 tokens ? and what if i dont have 500 blue essence i dont understand the other option that is 2 Tokens and one champion permanent ? what is this ?
