It's idiotic to let Riven be manaless

This is a champion that has the ability to spam CC, which is one of the most OP things in the game since it can not only give lane domination but completely change the tide of a fight. To even have re-sourceless champions is a stupid idea overall.

Her mobility, a shield that scales off AD, a steroid boost, and an ulti with a range attack in case the target gets away WITH a wannabe Zed passive is ludicrous. She needs a resource, this a bruiser that is way too easy to play and barely needs any real skill to legitimately pull off. She is little risk with high reward type of champion and needs to have a restriction placed upon her.
