Haha. Looks like there is another adc that forgets about the last whisper items.
To be honest tanks are broken.
The more tanks you get on your team the more chances you have to win, not even vayne can get through 4 tanks before her team dies unless she also has another 3~4 tanks on her team.

if there are that many tanks you go botrk and last whisper and also last whisper item. and bt. also grab a spirit visage so they can't kill you
the build is fine really, not sure what more shed need unless said tanks weren't actually tanks
