through my time of somewhat maining ahri, i have stopped a malphite ult, j4 ult, shyv ult, and vi ult. is this a bug?

It's not suppose to and it's a bug. A bug they supposedly fixed a few patches ago.

It's just some weird coding with Ahri's E I guess that override other champ's command because it also make them run slowly towards her.
