As I get higher
As i'm climbing higher in silver i'm finding the quality of my teammates is degrading. More toxicity, more blatantly obvious boosted people, and more leavers. What the hell is going on?

Tbh most of silver/high bronze/low gold is similar.

The more you win the shittier the allies RITO gives you because they think dragging you down to get a 50% winrate is more meaningful than playing w people of equal skill. The LP gain is much slower than your MMR shift so if you have strong performances in a short period at best you'll move up 1 division but MMR will be higher so they throw in a bunch of toxic raging shitters in with you to slow you down
